I am only 19 years old and i have high blood pressure. The doctor doesn't want me to meds. I eat very little salt and am very active. But the doctor said that having this high blood pressure is affecting my ability to become aroused and to get off. What should i do, demand medication or is there another way of lowering my blood pressure.
