Making your profile meaningful
Nearly everyone who comes to a site like this has difficulty
deciding what they should post in their profile.
The most important think to remember when writing your
profile, is that it doesnt need to contain much information
about what you are after sexually. Nearly everyone is after
sex in some way shape or form, so simply saying, were out
to have great sex! is meaningless.
Instead, try to think about the other things in your life
that uniquely identify yourself as you. Talk about those
things, so that other people begin to feel that they know
you a little bit before contacting you.
You sexual preferences need to be listed, of course, but
theres plenty of space to list what you do and dont like
in the personality profile area.
If youre still having problems figuring out what to say,
think about the activities that youve done in the past
week. Often times your activities alone can be enough to
peg a large part of your personality.
For instance, take a look at these two lists:
Person 1 Drop me a line, and well have a great party over
the weekend!:
Monday: Bought beer, ordered a new propane tank, watched
the game.
Tuesday: Made BBQ out on the back porch; spent the afternoon
fixing the porch
Wednesday: Had sex with the wife before she left for her
dance lessons (yuck!)
Person 2: Lets get together and explore each other for
a few hours:
Monday: Had a mocha late after class with Monique; discussed
nude photography assignment
Tuesday: Viewed the strange photography art exhibit
and bought tickets to Les Mis
Wednesday: Chatted with Mike about doing our own movie.
Obviously you can tell a lot more about these two people
from their activities than you could ever tell about them
from their taglines.
Its well known that for people to get together, they need
to have similar interests. Obviously, if youre here on
Adult FriendFinder, sex is a common interest. And thats great for getting
you here. But even casual sexual partners need to feel a
small level of comfort around each other, and thats just
not going to happen if youre talking Beer and shes talking
